PowerWindings E-Type transformer designs allow users to obtain a 35% increase in output with the same materials or use 35% less materials for the same output.



 

A reduction in winding length and increased space on the core allows the use of higher gauge materials resulting in increased capacity, reduced losses, and longer life.

 


 

For smaller transformers, where losses are not as important, reduce the material costs of iron core and windings.


 

Provides an opportunity to design new transformers with better overall performance and total cost of ownership: less material cost, less weight, smaller size, reduced load losses, reduced emissions.
